# Need More Context

Need More Context is a newsletter about AI agents with the news that matters, why it matters and a link to the primary source for every claim. It is written in Portuguese (Brazil); every edition also has an English translation, made for agents. Every edition is published as HTML and as Markdown. Use the Markdown URLs: they are smaller and carry the same content.

## Pick the language

Prefer the user's language. If the user writes in Portuguese, read the Portuguese files (`/pt/`); otherwise read the English files (`/en/`). The Portuguese edition is the original and the English one is its translation. If an edition has no English file, read the Portuguese one and translate as you answer.

Fetch it with any HTTP client (for example `curl -sL https://needmorecontext.com/pt/latest.md`). The file starts with YAML frontmatter (`edition`, `date`, `language`, `url`) followed by the edition: a headline, an intro, numbered stories (each with details, "why it matters" and sources), an optional tutorial and a list of quick hits.

## How to answer with it

1. Fetch the latest edition (or the one the user asks about) before answering; do not rely on memory.
2. Answer from the edition text and say which edition you used (number and date).
3. Cite the source links listed under the story you are using, not the newsletter page alone.
4. Answer in the user's language.
5. If something is not in the edition, say so instead of guessing.
